Large File Uploads

posted in: Our Services | 0

There are a number of reasons why you may encounter issues uploading big files, for example:

  • local network conditions
  • the image file is greater than 10,000pixels on the longest side
  • your file has not been flattened

The easy solution!

1) Use your own Cloud file storage provider to send file/s through to codeice.com.au.

We accept file download links from the following services, sent to the following email: noreply (at) codeice.com.au

Dropbox
Google Drive
WeTransfer
Microsoft OneDrive
Send Anywhere

2) Once the files have been sent, return to our order pages to place your print order and select the “Reprint” option a little further down the screen (as shown in this screen capture).

This applies to both our print-ready and custom size services.

Notes
  • For our website, we define large files by their pixel dimensions. For example, a file with dimensions of 10000px by 7000px would be considered a large file.
  • Even if a highly compressed JPG file has a small file size (e.g., 15 MB), it’s the pixel dimensions — not the file size — that determine if it’s considered a large file for upload purposes.
  • Also see our guidelines for preparing your files for print
  • We do not accept print files sent as email attachments
