The smooth matt paper surfaces such as Hahnemuehle Photo Rag are a good safe choice and great for most image types. If your original artwork is based on watercolour paper then the Hahnemuehle Torchon would be a good fit.

Matt surface, weight 308gsm & 188gsm

Hahnemühle Torchon
Matt, bright white, 100% α-cellulose paper – guarantees archival standards. This watercolour paper features a distinct textured surface.
